Roethlisberger expected to play against Raiders

The Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to have quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in the lineup when they host the Oakland Raiders on Sunday (1 pm ET, CBS)

Roethlisberger suffered a concussion two weeks ago and missed Pittsburgh’s loss against Baltimore on Sunday. He hasn’t reported any headaches since Friday and practiced Wednesday.

Pittsburgh is a 13.5-point favorite in NFL Betting at Legends.

The Steelers are 5-2 SU in the past seven meetings with the Raiders, and the total has gone under in six of the past nine meetings.

The Raiders were dumped 24-7 by the Dallas Cowboys in Week 12 as a 13.5-point underdog. The teams played under the total of 40.

Bruce Gradkowski passed for 200 yards with a 4-yard TD strike to Darrius Heyward-Bey for the Raiders in that loss.

The Steelers lost to the Ravens 20-17 as a 7.5-point, with the score going over the total of 35.5.

Dennis Dixon threw for 145 yards with a touchdown passes, touchdown run and an interception for Pittsburgh, while Rashard Mendenhall rushed for 95 yards on 24 carries.

Oakland is 3-8 SU and 5-6 ATS. Pittsburgh is 6-5 SU and 4-7 ATS.
